Thank You From the Bottom of My Heart!

Thank you all for your generous gifts! I look forward to some book shopping this summer at Barnes and Noble as well as treating myself at the Wingate. I'm looking forward to a little Starbucks, enjoying a new book on the beach as well as some beautiful bracelets. My plants, herbs and flowers are brightening up my house and porch! You were all too generous! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

I'll miss all of your children dearly. They are wonderful and that is a testament to the parents you are!

I hope to see you all this summer and in the months to come!

5th Grade Celebration

Hi friends and families of 5D!

This Thursday night SMS will host a celebration for our fifth graders. It will take place in the gymnasium at 6:30. Students need to be at school by 615 and meet in the library to get ready. We have been practicing this week and the students are so excited for it! See you soon. Bring the tissues... And extra for me.

Also, on Friday the students will be doing their annual walk out as a fifth grade class. If you'd like to join us, come wait out front by the main office for your middle schooler to emerge around 2:40ish.

Wow, three days left. Not sure about you but it's a roller coaster of emotions for me!
